Shipping of vacuums in Canada and U.S. is free for vacuums above CAD $200

Freight for ports and vacuum less than CAD $200 will be charged at cost. For vacuums less than CAD$200 add following freight charge :

-U.S CAD $20
Freight charge for authorized returns are paid by the customer.

Products include a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer's service center closest to you. A list of these centers is available through the manufacturer or by contacting us.

Only defective merchandise can be returned after obtaining a return authorization number from House of Vacuum. Do not accept your shipment if the package shows signs of damage. Returns are shipped prepaid.
